the challenge
The starting point.
Renewall is a Milan-based family business with over forty years of experience in high-end renovation, operating under a general contractor model. It is a diverse sector where standards vary and quality is often measured merely by words. Renewall had long operated this way, yet this approach remained an internal conviction rather than something outwardly recognizable. Regarding safety, the CEO had qualified as a Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) and personally trained every worker—fostering a solid culture that was, however, neither documented nor verified by third parties.
The Complaion solution
What we have done.
✓
Gap analysis of quality and safety processes to identify what needed to be formalized.
✓
Generation of documentation—procedures, policies, and document structure—based on existing practices.
✓
ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 process conducted in parallel, with a dedicated Lead Auditor for validation and training.
✓
Mock internal audit covering both standards, to ensure readiness for the accredited external audit.
We did not view the certification as a discovery, but rather as the culmination of something we had already set in motion—literally, on the shop floor, since the company’s inception. We were looking for external, independent, and recognizable validation. We found it.
