If explicitly authorized by you, the Service may also access your organization’s employee directory through Google Workspace to display internal user information (name, surname, and email only).
We do not collect or store passwords or any other sensitive information from your Google account.
Purpose of Data Processing
Authenticate your identity via Google SSO.
Provide access to the platform’s features.
Display internal contact lists within your organization (if authorized).
Maintain internal records for service management and access control.
Data Storage and Security
All personal data are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located within the European Union (EU). We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:
Data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
Restricted access to authorized personnel only.

Data retention limited to the duration of your account’s active use.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may be shared only in the following cases:
With Google, for authentication and SSO functionality.
With Amazon Web Services (AWS), solely as a hosting provider acting under GDPR-compliant agreements.

No data are transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Google API Disclosure
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We only use Google user data to provide and improve our Service’s core functionality.
We do not use Google data for advertising purposes.
We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to operate or secure the Service.
