the challenge
The starting point.
Mònade helps companies stop talking about artificial intelligence and start actually using it inside their real processes. Historically born as a software house, in recent years the company has grown into something more specific: a structured partner for AI adoption, covering the full path from strategic consulting to software development, including data, security, and compliance. As the company grew, so did the scrutiny from its clients. Requests for explicit guarantees on how it handled data and systems grew steadily over time, especially from structured enterprises and vendor-qualification processes, where entering a procurement platform's list of approved suppliers means answering detailed questionnaires and proving, on paper, how the organization actually works. Until a certain point, Mònade's answer was to describe its internal practices: policies, procedures, project-management methods. Accurate answers, grounded in real practices, but still just answers, not certified ones. The credibility was there, but it wasn't capitalizable: every negotiation started over from scratch, as if the previous ones had never happened.
