THE COMPANY
Glaut is a startup operating in the Market Research Industry. Headquartered in Milan, Italy, with additional operations in the US, it was founded in 2024. After raising $1.5m from Investors such as Italian Founders Fund, they already work with world-renowned brands such as Condé Nast, AutoScout24, and Mondadori Media.
The company specializes in AI-moderated interviews (AIMI) - a newly developed interview process combining the scalability of surveys with the depth of qualitative research. Their platform enables researchers to conduct thousands of interviews simultaneously across more than 50 languages.
The business works only in B2B, serving both multinational companies with internal market research teams as well as agencies.
THE PROBLEM
Glaut collects thousands of sensible data with its own platform: Information Security is not an optional, but a must-have. Thus, the Company always had in its scope an ISO 27001 Certification.
In April 2025, Glaut had its largest client asking for factual proof of its Information Security. However, Glaut was not Certified yet and needed to prove it in less than 6 weeks. He was already working toward its compliance, but timeline just shortened.
Glaut needed to accelerate. They needed to become ISO 27001 Certified, yesterday.
THE SOLUTION
Glaut reached out to Complaion to accelerate the ISO 27001 Certification process and finalize it in 6 weeks.

Gap Assessment: a precise analysis of each evidence was done, and corrective measures were recommended.
Implementing Ad-hoc Controls: Complaion personalized ISO 27001 Controls to the specific needs of Glaut.
Finalizing Information Security Management System Procedures: after a compliant implementation, the full ISMS was built directly by Complaion’s ISO Lead Auditor.
Running ISO 27001 Audit: finally, Complaion's ISO Lead Auditor ran the Audit in the platform and produced all relevant reporting.
Combining a proprietary platform with a dedicated ISO Lead Auditor, Complaion served Glaut with an all-in-one solution - enabling Glaut to only focus on what matters.
RESULTS
Complaion implemented the full Information Security Management System (ISMS) in less than 6 weeks, and reached out to trusted IAF-Accredited Certifying Bodies to schedule an emergency Audit.
Thanks to its platform and the dedicated ISO Lead Auditor, Glaut was able to become ISO 27001 Certified in less than 6 weeks - and thus able to retain its client.
